Naseeb was born and brought up in a village of Punjab. His father and mother name is not known. We don't have information about his siblings. His real name is Bikram Singh Dhaliwal. He completed his matrix from his village school. Further, he came to Canada for his higher studies.

In Canada, he completed his graduation. Now he is living in Surrey, Canada. He was fond of poetry since childhood. He used to write poetry and share with his mates.
