Sultaan was born in a village of Jalandhar District of Punjab. He was born in a middle-class family. At the age of 20, went to Dubai

for income purpose. He used to drive trucks in Dubai.

After that, he came to Canada via PR with a driving passport. In Canada, he used to start his career in rap and singing. In Canada, he met with OG Ghuman and other artists like Byg Bird and Sunny Malton.
